We know how important it is to develop pupils’ experiences of the world, cultural capital, character and sense of adventure. To this end, we provide a dynamic programme of trips and outtings into the wider world, including visits to museums and art galleries, charitable community projects, and opportunities to get out into nature on orienteering adventures. We also run regular residential trips: these are a fantastic way to build pupils' independence and expand their world view beyond their immediate day-to-day surroundings.
Recent trips abroad to supplement studies have included Paris, Iceland and Barcelona. We provide subsidies to ensure that no student’s background should ever stop them from being able to take part in these opportunities.
