We provide regular coaching sessions and have an open-door policy for teachers so that peers can share learning and best practice. Our training doesn’t stop once you reach a certain level or learn a certain skill – we’ll support you throughout your whole career, from starting out as a trainee to running your own school.

There is a real sense of community at our school from 'teacher of the week' ceremonies to regular social clubs and events. The collegiate nature of our team is best exemplified by the anonymous 'buddy' scheme where staff are encouraged to perform randon small acts of kindness for a fellow member of the team.
