SPArk is a fantastic online learning portal available to all Ark pupils from Reception to Y13.

Pupils can independently access a wide range of resources to support and extend their learning

SPARK content currently includes:

Curriculum

  • Curriculum linked content focussed on providing wider reading and curriculum enrichment
  • Subject workshops on key topics (predominantly KS5)
  • Resources including apps that focus on practising core skills

Extended curriculum

  • Virtual tours, virtual library (e-books and audio books), audio-visual content (plays, talks)
  • Destinations resources including information, courses, talks, skills development and opportunities
  • Music enrichment
  • Ark events, celebrating excellence across Ark and connecting our Ark community of student

What is the SPArk Virtual Summer Programme?

  • The programme is on the SPArk learning platform and has been written by teachers from across Ark
  • Choose from a range of fun and educational activities to complete at your own pace over the summer, or challenge yourself to complete the whole programme
  • All the activities are either online or practical challenges that can be done in your home
  • From art projects, to fitness challenges; baking cupcakes, to science experiments you can do at home, there are so many activities try
