A Level Geography Field Trip

The recent A Level Geography field trip was a huge success, with students putting their classroom learning into practice on the beautiful, albeit blustery, South coast.

The students demonstrated excellent teamwork both in working with each other for the week long study, whilst also putting into practice the Burlington Danes value of 'leadership' when they collaborated with students from another school.

Ms Parker, head of Geography, said that they were an absolute credit to the school both in their conduct and hard work throughout the field trip. Nerjess and Jessica added "It’s great to put what we are learning in the classroom into practice. However, it’s quite sad to see the rate of coastal retreat and the impact it’s having. Also, it’s freezing!".

Well done all involved for such a successful trip, and we're sure it'll pay dividends on results day in 2020.
