Secondary School Entrance Changes

From Monday 14th January our entrance on Wood Lane will be open to students only until 8:55am. Students will also leave via this entrance as usual at the end of the school day. Any students arriving after 8.55am will have to enter via the Du Cane Road entrance and register at the all-through reception, which is located in the Primary. They will then be escorted to their lessons.

All visitors, parents and guests will arrive and leave via the Du Cane Raod entrance, at all times and also check in to the all-through reception.

The all-through reception is reached by following the pavement around to the left and entering the primary building.

Another Top Table Tennis Result

Coach Henry: I am delighted to let you know that our under 13 girls team were runners up in the prestigious National Schools Girls Under 13 Table Tennis Championships this Saturday.

The girls travelled to Hinckley, Leicestershire and despite the early start, their skills and grit enabled them to successfully challenge more experienced teams and higher ranked players. The girls team was: Eman Buanani, Rikki Burkett, Yassmine Al-Amire, Aymie Gerald and Hannah Buckley-Smith.

The girls played exceptionally well, and were winning 4 games to 3 in the last round, losing out on the title in the last game by only 2 points.

Today (Sunday) was the boys chance to show their quality at the National Cadet League West London Zone. Burlington Danes were the champions in division 1 the boys team was: Joshua Decairos, Yassin Seddik, Cacherel Mirjah and Israel Awolaja and 3rd in division 2 the team was: Jamie Wright Abdullah Abuzaid and Jayden Brown.

A very big thank you to all the students for the early starts and fighting spirit shown this weekend.
